RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & COSTS:
As much as we have you confirmation with date of service and acceptance
of the price in a specific itinerary, we will open a file to have a report of the
state of their reservation. The telephone reservation are accepted, but the
cost of the services to use should be deposited in the required time; as well
as the complete and detailed reservations should be confirmed.
The services price can vary due to the fluctuation of present taxes and
exchange rate of the day in foreign currency.

RECONFIRMATIONS:

7 Days before the date of the group arrival, the passengers list shoulb be
confirmed.
This final list should have the following data: PASSENGERS NAMES,
DATE OF BIRTH, THEIR ID, NATIONALITY, AGE, OCCUPATION,
NUTRITIOUS PREFERENCES, etc.

FINAL PAYMENTS:
We will require, seven days before the group departure , the final payment of the cost of the service.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
We suggest to our suppliers, to give all the necessary
information to our guest before their trip, to keep in mind
the weather changes, altitudes, difficulty of the tours.

Notice: In each tour, be specified the recommendation list.

program, it included maps and pictures.
